- All shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
- We do not charge hidden handling fees.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped.

Typical delivery estimates:

- Canada - 3-16 business days
- United States:
4–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 9–26 business days
- Other international destinations: 9–26 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, but we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues when possible.

We ship using reputable carriers including:

- Other reliable international carriers

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may include import duties and taxes calculated at checkout based on your destination country.


6. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If your order:

- Arrives damaged
- Is missing items
- Appears lost in transit
- Is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe

Please contact us at contact@nordsnacks.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will:

- Investigate the issue with the carrier
- Request supporting documentation if needed (such as photos)
- Work to resolve the matter promptly

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we will provide:

- A replacement shipment (if available), or
- A refund to your original payment method

Customers are not required to resolve shipping claims independently with the carrier before contacting us. NordSnacks will assist throughout the process.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
