Return & Refund Policy

At NordSnacks, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are available.


1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

We accept returns for products that:

- Arrive damaged
- Are defective
- Are incorrect (wrong item received)

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

- A replacement (if available), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
- We will cover all return costs and labels

We do not charge a restocking fee for defective or damaged items.


2. Returns for Non-Defective Items

Due to the nature of food and grocery products, we generally do not accept returns of:

- Opened food items
- Perishable goods
- Items that are not defective

If you have concerns about your order, please contact us and we will review your request in good faith.


3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider


4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nordsnacks.com
We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not yet shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify under our return policy if eligible.

We do not guarantee cancellations after processing has begun, but we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.


5. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us directly. We will investigate and work toward a replacement or refund where appropriate.
